PerfectEffect Custom Arcee?

PerfectEffect the maker of custom Reflector, has posted a teaser image of their project prototype PE-12 that will be displayed at the Super Festival in Japan later this September 25th. The blurry images appears to be a custom Arcee with a sniper rifle and a display stand. Check the mirrored images below.
